How long does shipping take? +

Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply based on your delivery location.

Can I track my order? +

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time through our courier partner's website.

What if my order arrives damaged? +

Please email support@getenhancednutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

How do I verify my product's authenticity? +

Every GET ENHANCED product has a unique batch number printed on the label. Visit our Lab Reports page, enter your batch number, and you can access the third-party laboratory test report for your specific batch. This ensures complete transparency and authenticity.

How should I take L-Citrulline DL Malate? +

The recommended dose is 3-6 grams daily, taken 30-60 minutes before training. Mix with water or your preferred beverage. For best results, take consistently for at least 7 days to allow full absorption and benefit accumulation.

Are your products third-party tested? +

Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing for purity, potency, heavy metals, and microbiological safety. Test reports are available on our Lab Reports page for complete transparency.

Can I take this with other supplements? +

L-Citrulline DL Malate can generally be combined with other supplements like creatine, BCAAs, and protein. However, if you're taking medications or have medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplementation.

Is this product suitable for vegetarians/vegans? +

Yes. Our L-Citrulline DL Malate is 100% plant-derived and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. It contains no animal-derived ingredients.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in original packaging. The product must be unused with the seal intact. Contact support@getenhancednutrition.com to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take? +

Once we receive your returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange a product? +

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Are GET ENHANCED products FSSAI approved? +

Yes. All GET ENHANCED products are manufactured in FSSAI-licensed facilities and comply with Indian food safety standards. Our FSSAI license number is available on product labels and packaging.

What testing do your products undergo? +

How do I know the product is fresh? +

Every product has manufacturing and expiry dates clearly printed on the label. We maintain strict inventory rotation to ensure you always receive products with maximum shelf life remaining (typically 18+ months from purchase).
