Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery (India): 3-7 business days from dispatch
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
- Metros & Major Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders below ₹999 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates on delivery status
- Real-time tracking through courier partner's website
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Remote or difficult-to-access locations may experience slight delays. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery
Product Condition: Unopened, unused, with original seal intact
Original Packaging: Product must be in original packaging with labels undamaged
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products with more than 25% used
- Products without original batch labels or tampered packaging
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (not getenhancednutrition.com)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@getenhancednutrition.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product name and batch number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged)
Step 2: Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Package the product securely with the RA number clearly written on the outside.
Step 4: Ship to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days to verify product condition
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: 2-3 additional business days (depending on your bank)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return the defective product in most cases
